Hello! My name is Kristi Tammoja, and I believe that well-being begins with small steps — noticing your body and emotions, and understanding that we can influence them through conscious choices, healthy habits, and the ability to care for ourselves both physically and mentally.

My goal is to inspire you to create positive changes so you can experience greater well-being.

I offer both individual and group health coaching services, as well as creative therapy-based workshops focused on self-care practices, intuitive eating, and therapeutic clay work.
